Non-Isospectral 1+1 Hierarchies Arising from a Camassa Holm Hierarchy in 2+1 Dimensions

چکیده
The non-isospectral problem (Lax pair) associated with a hierarchy in 2+1 dimensions that generalizes the well known Camassa-Holm is presented. Here, we have investigated non-classical Lie symmetries of this Lax pair when spectral parameter considered as field. These can be written terms five arbitrary constants and three functions. Different similarity reductions these been derived. Of particular interest are reduced hierarchies whose $1+1$ also non-isospectral.

Equations of the Camassa-Holm Hierarchy
The squared eigenfunctions of the spectral problem associated with the CamassaHolm (CH) equation represent a complete basis of functions, which helps to describe the inverse scattering transform for the CH hierarchy as a generalized Fourier transform (GFT). All the fundamental properties of the CH equation, such as the integrals of motion, the description of the equations of the whole hierarchy...
متن کاملOn the isospectral problem of the dispersionless Camassa–Holm equation
We discuss direct and inverse spectral theory for the isospectral problem of the dispersionless Camassa–Holm equation, where the weight is allowed to be a finite signed measure. In particular, we prove that this weight is uniquely determined by the spectral data and solve the inverse spectral problem for the class of measures which are sign definite. The results are applied to deduce several fa...

An extension of the Camassa-Holm hierarchy is constructed in this letter. The conserved quantities of the hierarchy are studied and a recurrent formula for the integrals of motion is derived. PACS: 02.30.Ik; 05.45.Yv; 45.20.Jj; 02.30.Jr.
متن کاملHodograph transformations for a Camassa - Holm hierarchy in 2 + 1 dimensions
A generalization of the negative Camassa-Holm hierarchy to 2 + 1 dimensions is presented under the name CHH(2+1). Several hodograph transformations are applied in order to transform the hierarchy into a system of coupled CBS (Calogero-Bogoyavlenskii-Schiff) equations in 2 + 1 dimensions that pass the Painlevé test. A non-isospectral Lax pair for CHH(2+1) is obtained through the above mentioned ...
متن کاملA 3-component extension of the Camassa-Holm hierarchy
One of the many remarkable facts concerning the theory of integrable PDEs is that almost all these equations can be obtained as suitable reductions from (integrable) hierarchies living on loop-algebras. The main example is the Drinfeld-Sokolov reduction [12], leading from (the loop-algebra of) a simple Lie algebra g to the so-called generalized Korteweg-deVries (KdV) equations. It is well-known...
